A Talk on “Akhlaqiaat & Japan” (Morality & Japan)

The National University of Modern Languages (NUML), in collaboration with the Pakistan Japan Cultural Association (PJCA), successfully organized an insightful lecture titled “Akhlaqiaat & Japan” (Morality & Japan) for the students and faculty of the Japanese Language Department.

Event Highlights

The event was hosted by Dr. Asma Naveed, Head of the Japanese Language Department, who conceived and executed the session in close partnership with PJCA.

Guest Speaker Mr. Mushtaq Moeeni (Joint Secretary & Focal Person, PJCA) delivered an engaging address focusing on core values such as truthfulness, honesty, and courtesy. He emphasized that this fundamental moral code serves as the bedrock of Japan’s remarkable socio-economic development and encouraged young Pakistanis to adopt these values in their daily lives and professional endeavors.

The talk concluded with an interactive Q&A session where students and faculty engaged directly with Mr. Moeeni to discuss Japanese culture, ethics, and societal norms.
